How Do I Rent?
1. With Mobile Application
- Download the Marvelos mobile application to your mobile phone. Marvelos Google Play App Marvelos IOS App
- Enter your information by verifying your mobile phone.
- Read the agreement carefully and confirm your subscription.
- On the "Credit Upload" page, select your membership type (standard or annual membership) and the amount (credit) you want to upload to your account and complete the payment process.
- Please note that in order to be able to rent, your membership must be active and your account must have the minimum balance amount specified in the contract.
- Press the "RENT" button on the page where the stations are shown on the map in the mobile application.
- Place the QR code on the parking lot of the bicycle you will rent in the frame on the screen that opens and wait for the reading process.
- When the reading process is completed, if the conditions required for rental are appropriate, the parking lock will be unlocked and the rental will start.
2. With Membership Card
- You can make your subscription transactions at the Marvelos Subscriber Center and subscription points and top up your credit in cash.
